Kelly oversees office operations and administration and manages the Impact Collectief, an initiative of New Paradigm that brings together a community and shared workspace for legal and policy professionals working towards a more social and sustainable society. She focuses on creating a collaborative environment that supports professionals and organisations in their work and on building a values-driven professional community.
Background
Before joining New Paradigm, Kelly worked as Programme Officer at a civic tech initiative in Malaysia, where she coordinated multi-country projects on internet governance and digital rights across Southeast Asia. Earlier in her career, Kelly worked as an advocate & solicitor in Malaysia, handling civil litigation and client advisory work.
Kelly holds an LL.B from the University of London in 2015. She subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2016. She later obtained her LL.M from the University of Malaya in 2023.
